Reflection
As an avid player of VALORANT, I initially started this project as a joke but in reality I was able to learn basic UI design through it. Learning an essential skill such as prototyping helped me come a long way in terms of principles!
With VALORANT being associated as the game with a large eDater community, I wondered "What if there was an actual app for those eDaters?" to which I used this thought to carry out various features of the app!
If I were to remake this project, I would most definitely try to flesh out the discover features and devise mockups of what the screens would look like. I tried matching the navigation menu similar to how the one in the actual game is so as to keep the theme consistent.
While I still have much to learn, creating this concept was a fun challenge! I thoroughly enjoyed studying the games UI to see what designs I could incorporate or improve within my own project!
Whether it's VALORANT or any other video game, I will ensure my utmost effort in fine-tuning any features that I come across in future concepts!
